Gestalt is a German word meaning “whole, pattern”. Gestalt therapy has a holistic and relational approach. It works with the body as well as with the mind and emphasizes how we relate to ourselves, others and the wider environment.     

I believe that people have the necessary abilities to face their difficulties. However, when something interrupts this process, often during childhood, we get stuck in some fixed patterns of behaviour and beliefs about ourselves.   As a Gestalt therapist, through the exploration of past events and how they are experienced in the present, I aim to raise awareness on how these patterns are still affecting your present life.
