The first session is an initial assessment to explore the issues you would like to work on, and possible ways of addressing them in therapy. You can tell me about yourself and learn about the way I work to see if you will be comfortable in therapy with me.
Sessions last 50 minutes and are scheduled at a regular time weekly.
I have regular reviews to establish how the therapy is going for you, and whether it matches your expectations.
I offer short and long-term therapy.
